Russ Eplett joins HCC Board of Directors

October 4, 2010 – Fort Wayne. Russ Eplett, former Vice President of Engineering for the Emerson division of Carrier Corporation, has joined the Heartland Chamber Chorale Board of Directors. Russ has enjoyed both listening to and singing quality classical and choral music since he was 28. He has sung with the Syracuse University Community Chorus, the Syracuse Symphony Choir, the Elgin Symphony Chorus, the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Chorus, IPFW’s Choral Union, and the Trinity Episcopal Church Choir. Now retired, Russ still sings. When he is not assisting the HCC Board as the Business Plan Committee Chair, he volunteers his time with SCORE (Service Core of Retired Executives), a free counseling service offered to start-up businesses. Russ is married to Janice, who plays the violin with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic. The HCC is excited to welcome Russ to the Board of Directors.
